Whole tenderloin, trimmed and vacuum sealed ready to cook.  The weight will vary on these depending on how large of a cut you would like.  Typical whole tenderloins are 5-7lbs.    The price listed is PER POUND, if you want 5lbs please put 5 in your cart.
